Only the first name is required. Everything you add is encoded locally in a standard vCard 3.0 card.

How to use it

1

Fill in your details

Start with your name and add whatever matters: phone, email, company, role, website or address. Fewer fields mean a simpler, easier to scan code.

2

Check the preview

Scan the code with your own phone before printing. You will see exactly the contact card other people will get.

3

Add it to your material

Download SVG for printed business cards so it stays sharp at any size, or PNG for email signatures and slides.

Real examples

Where a contact QR code earns its place.

Business cards

The back of the card holds the code. One scan and you are saved in their phone, not in a drawer.

Conference badges

Swap details in two seconds without spelling your email over the noise.

Email signatures and slides

Anyone reading on a laptop can scan from the screen with their phone.

Best practices

  • Keep it short. Every extra field makes the code denser and harder to scan from a small printed card.
  • Write the phone number in international format, starting with the country code, so it works when you travel.
  • Print at 2 cm or more per side on a business card, and never place it over a busy background or across a fold.
  • Use only details you are happy to share publicly. A printed card can be photographed by anyone.

Limitations

  • The card is static. If you change jobs or numbers you need a new code and new printed material.
  • Photos, logos and social profiles are not included: they would make the code far too dense to scan reliably.
  • Some contact apps ignore uncommon fields such as the job title or the address formatting.

Privacy

Your contact details are turned into a QR code inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored or shared with us. What you type stays on your device.
